User geodemographics (e.g., US-100,000,000) is provided by the App store & the Google Play store.
These data help us to better understand our users as well improve the customer satisfaction under product planning.
Server location (e.g., US-California server 1) is automatically collected during VPN connection.
Connection time stamp (e.g., Connected@15:30 2018/05/15) is automatically collected during VPN connection.
Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration) is automatically collected when VPN connection failed due to error.
Network type (e.g., 4G) is collected by an analytic service provider.
This data is ONLY used for improving the VPN service and troubleshooting and will be AUTOMATICALLY ERASED PERMANENTLY from our system within 96 HOURS.
Analytics data (e.g., App crash report, in-app page engagement) is collected when using the IriDefense.
Advertising data (e.g., iOS ad identifier - IDFA), Android ad master identifier)
The information we collect is used to monitor the performance of the IriDefense app and specific features. It also enables us to offer the necessary support to maintain our free VPN service. It is important to note that this information is not shared with third-party advertisers.
